Rental Units

Listed below is general information that
you may need regarding rental units available
through Hamilton Shores Realty:
*If you stay 7 nights, you only pay for 6!
Get your 7th night FREE.
- 1 Bedroom $105/night
- 2 Bedrooms $195/night
- 3 Bedrooms range from $275 ~ $325/night
- Boat slips are $15/day
Two (2) night minimum stay is required.
**Please call our office for monthly rates
- Reservations are to be made with a credit
card by calling our office. Your card will
be charged 1 week prior to your check in
date, 2 weeks prior if your stay is during
a Holiday.
- Cancellations can be made up to 1 week prior
to your Check-In date, 2 weeks prior if your
stay is during a Holiday.
- Please call our office to make reservations
and to check availability, 501-520-6699 or
1-877-553-8003.
- There is a BOAT SLIP FEE of an additional
$15 per day.
- Some units are not available for Nightly
Rentals, but for Long Term Rentals only.
- Boat trailers are not allowed in the condo
complexes. Boats, sea doos and trailers may
be parked at our office, at the owners risk.
